Meet The Team

John Ozimek, Director

John has over 20 years of experience in technology PR and marketing. Prior to forming Big Ideas Machine, John was co-founder of award-winning PR/Marketing agency dimoso. John was previously Head of Marketing and Communications for EMEA at Glu Mobile. Post-Glu John was Associate Director at specialist technology PR consultancy Liberty where he ran major accounts including Qualcomm, Napster, O2 and Nvidia.

James Kaye, Director

James has 20 years of B2B and B2C marketing experience, 10 of which has been spent working at an International level within the mobile sector. Prior to forming Big Ideas Machine, James was co-founder of award-winning PR/Marketing agency dimoso. James has worked at the Daily Mirror, BT and Orange and has also been a consultant for several companies including Flurry (acquired by Yahoo), Exent and Scoreloop (acquired by Blackberry).

Robert Haslam, Senior Consultant

Robert has been working in mobile and technology PR for the best part of a decade. For the past three years, Robert headed up PR at enterprise mobile consultancy and app developer, Mubaloo. Prior to Mubaloo, Robert worked at dimoso, was head of communications at Givey, the social donation platform and an account manager at Liberty; working on Qualcomm, Mobile Marketing Association and other mobile and tech companies.
He’s also a proud geek.

Theo Tsangaris, Consultant

Theo has over 3 years experience in the fields of marketing, human resources, administration and education. Whilst at university, Theo worked for a year in the marketing department, combining his love for marketing and passion for technology, before graduating in 2014. Theo also worked for start-up website design company Dynamic Website Construction during his time at university.
